Simchat Torah with Kehilat Kol HaNeshama

Kehilat Kol HaNeshama celebrates Simchat Torah morning prayers with members of the congregation who live in a group residential home run by Akim, for intellectually challenged adults, and host the congregation on Simchat Torah each year.
